Coco Fiber

Coco fibers are naturally occurring straw-like structures in the coco husk. These fibers are manufactured by extracting natural fibers from the husk of the coconut.

About the Product

The process of extraction involves soaking the husk in water to physically isolate the fibers and then drying it under the sun. This technique helps in preserving the natural length of the fibers. Coco fibers are the most commonly occurring by-product during coconut harvest. After the fibers are obtained, they are compressed in bales and stored for export.

Coco fibers are 100% recyclable products that have become the foundation of a vast industry that produces multiple products.

Coco fibers are compressed in bales weighing approximately 140KG to 150 KG ideal for shipment. They have good strength and flexibility, making them a perfect choice for rope.
