Coco Peat

The coconut husk contains fibers that are held together by a spongy material called coco peat. It is obtained as a byproduct when fibers are extracted from the husk.

Coco substrate

Coco peat is lightweight and non-fibrous material that has found its significance in horticulture for its properties of high-water retention and soil aeration. Coco peat can both elevate the fertility quality of the soil and can even be used as the base for soil-free farming for its nourishing properties. Both unwashed high EC peat and washed low EC peat are available as per requirement.

Coco peat has the ability to create the ideal environment for seed germination and rooting as it withholds nutrients. This highly valuable product can be used for up to 4 years.

Forms of coco peat

Coco Peat Block

Coco peat is molded into 5 kg blocks that can completely absorb up to 25 liters of water. A single block can give 75 liters of yield.

Coco Peat Briquette

Briquettes are available as individually packed & labeled. Available in three standard weights: 650g, 500g, & 315g. On hydration, a single briquette can produce up to 6 to 10 liters of yield. The ability to expand when hydrated improves the air circulation in briquettes.
